Customer Service Engineer

You can find us at Plot No:28, Door No:5, right on Kannagi Street in Umayalpuram. We’re in the Chrompet area of Chennai, which is usually quite a lively spot. The business is called Customer Service Engineer. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but it describes what we do well enough. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s a regular street with houses and other small businesses nearby. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat. We spend our mornings getting things organized and then it’s usually straight into the work. It gets a bit cluttered inside with all the equipment, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing where we are and what we do. Chrompet is a good place to be, even if the traffic gets a bit much in the evenings. We try to keep things simple and honest. If something is broken, we look at it. If we can fix it, we do. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but that’s just part of it. We aren’t some big corporate office with glass walls. We’re just here on Kannagi Street, doing our thing every day. It's a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the people around here. That's the way it's been for a while now.
