We are situated at Corium House, No. 72 on Harrington Road in Chetpet. It is an old part of the city with lots of trees and big houses nearby. Our building is a bit of a landmark for us. We deal with leather all day long. It is a heavy business, lots of lifting and moving stuff around in the warehouse area. The office part is where we handle the paperwork, which never seems to end. We have a lot of leather samples sitting on the desks and the shelves are packed with files from years ago. It gets quite hot in the afternoons but we have the fans going. We don’t really have a big fancy sign or a lot of decorations. Most people who come here already know where we are. Working on Harrington Road is okay, it has a certain feel to it that you don't get in the newer parts of town. We just focus on the leather and making sure the quality is what it should be. There are no big speeches here about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a practical way to run a business and it has worked for us for a long time. The team is small and we mostly just talk about the work or what’s for lunch and things like that.
