Via Moda Pvt. Ltd. is located at 71/72 Anna Salai in the Nagalkeni area of Chromepet. We have a decent-sized space here where we handle our daily business. It’s an older part of town, but it’s where we’ve always been. We deal with various types of apparel work. It’s not a flashy office with modern furniture. Instead, it’s filled with workbenches, samples, and stacks of paper. We have a group of people who have been working together for years. We don't use big words or corporate slogans. We just talk about the work that needs to be finished. The area can be quite loud with the traffic on Anna Salai, but we’re used to it by now. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of our time is spent looking at the actual products. Sometimes things go wrong, like a shipment being late or a machine needing a part, and we just fix it and keep going. We don’t have a marketing department. We rely on the people we’ve known for a long time. It’s a straightforward way to do business. We open up early and usually stay until the last task is done. It’s a lot of hours, but we like the work. Being in Chromepet feels right for us. It’s a place where people still value a day’s hard work and where everyone knows your name after a while.
