Chettinad Cement Corporation Limited

Chettinad Cement Corporation Limited is based in the Rani Seethai Hall building, right there at No. 603 Anna Salai. We’re up on the 4th floor. Anna Salai is a legendary road, and being in such a well-known building is interesting, but inside our office, it’s just the usual day-to-day grind. We deal with a lot of talk about construction and building materials, which is only natural given the name on the door. There’s usually a pile of blueprints in the corner and plenty of ledgers on the desks. We’ve been around for a long time, so there’s a sense of history in the way we do things, but we try not to be too stuck in our ways. The office gets a lot of light from the windows, but it can get quite busy with people coming in to talk about orders or deliveries. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep it feeling a bit more personal when you’re actually sitting across from us. We don't go in for fancy talk or complicated slogans. We just know about cement and how to get it where it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic on Anna Salai makes it hard for people to get here on time, but we’re usually here late anyway, finishing up the paperwork. It’s a solid place to work, and we value the folks who have been coming to us for years. We aren't trying to change the world, just build a bit of it.
