We are located at No 102, Mahalingapuram Main Road in Nungambakkam. It’s a pretty well-known part of town. Our office is where we handle everything related to Carnatica and our music projects. It’s not just about the music itself, but also about the technical side of things, like how to get it to people’s ears. We have been here for a long time, and the walls are probably covered in more dust than we’d like to admit. There are instruments around, but mostly it’s computers and sound gear. Nungambakkam is a good place for a business like ours because there is so much culture around. We spend our days dealing with files, organizing archives, and sometimes helping with events or digital solutions for musicians. It isn’t always glamorous work. A lot of it is just sitting in front of screens or making sure the cables are plugged in right. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting culture. We just talk to each other across the room and get things sorted. People come by when they need help with something specific to the music world. We keep it simple and focus on the tasks at hand. The traffic on Mahalingapuram Main Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’re usually too busy to notice until we try to leave for the day. It’s just a regular office full of people who actually care about what they’re working on.
