We are located over on Pandit Nehru Street in Kamaraja Nagar. Being in Avadi, things are usually moving pretty fast around here with the local traffic and shops. Our office at No. 9 is where we handle all the daily paperwork for the international side of the business. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the computers and the many files we have to keep. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails because we have to deal with different time zones. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when shipments are delayed or documents need fixing right away. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors all know us. It’s mostly just practical work, making sure things get from one place to another without too many headaches along the way. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have learned the ropes over the years. If you come by Kamaraja Nagar, you’ll see our door right there on the street. We deal with all sorts of different items, whatever the market happens to be looking for at the time. It’s always interesting to see how things move across borders and end up where they belong. We just try to stay on top of the local regulations and the shipping schedules. It’s honest work and it certainly keeps us on our toes every day. Sometimes the power cuts out, but we just keep going.
