Ayanaar Payilagam

We are located in Peejeyam Flats, specifically at number 7 on the 2nd Street in Sembiam. Most people around here know the Madurai Samy Madam area, so it’s not too hard to find us once you get into the inner streets. This isn't a big commercial space. It’s more of a small, cozy setup where students can feel comfortable. We’ve been running this for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the families in the 600011 area. The lessons happen in a simple room with enough space for a few students at a time. We don't really do big groups because it gets too noisy and hard to manage. It’s better when we can actually hear what the students are saying. Sembiam is a quiet neighborhood for the most part, which is good for studying. We don't use any complicated teaching methods. We just follow what’s in the school books and try to clear up any confusion. Sometimes the kids bring their own snacks and we take a quick break, then get back to it. It’s a very informal environment. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy furniture or big signs. The work speaks for itself, I guess. People come to us because they want their children to have a bit of extra support outside of regular school hours. We’re just regular people trying to help out the local kids with their studies here in Sembiam, and we enjoy the daily routine of it.
