Our office is located at 10/1 Subbarayar Avenue, which is just off C.P. Ramaswamy Road in Alwarpet. It is a fairly quiet street compared to the main road, though you still get the occasional car honking or someone calling out. The building isn't very new, but it has a certain character to it that we like. Inside, the space is mostly taken up by workstations where we do all our design work. There are stacks of files and rolls of paper everywhere you look. We aren't the type to have everything perfectly filed away; if we are working on something, it stays out on the desk until it's done. Alwarpet is a busy neighborhood, and we often find ourselves walking down the road to grab coffee or meet people at one of the local spots. The office gets some decent light in the mornings, which is nice for looking at drawings. We have a small area for meetings, but more often than not, we just talk over the partitions between our desks. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it keeps us all in the loop. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. It's just a place where we come to work every day, handle the design side of things, and try to keep things moving along.
