Bharath Post Graduate College

Bharath Post Graduate College is based at No 181 Mth Road in Venkatapuram, which is part of the Ambattur area in Chennai. The MTH Road is always packed with trucks and buses, so it’s a very noisy place to be. Our building is right in the thick of it. Since we are a post-graduate college, we don't have small children running around. Our students are mostly young adults who are trying to get their higher degrees. They come from all over Chennai, often using the local trains or buses to get to Ambattur. The college itself is a straightforward building with several floors. We have a library that stays quite full, especially in the afternoons. The classrooms are plain and functional, equipped with what is needed for lectures. We don't have a big canteen, but there are plenty of tea shops and small eateries right outside our gate where students hang out. The staff handles a lot of the university paperwork, which seems to never end. We don't have a fancy campus life with festivals and big shows. It's more of a place where people come to put in the work and get their qualifications. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now and the locals know us well. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place for anyone looking to continue their education after their first degree. We are just here doing our jobs every day.
