Bharat Electronics Ltd

We've been here at 35, Kamakshinagar in Porur for a while now. Bharat Electronics Ltd is just a regular place where we deal with stuff every day. Most mornings start with opening up the shutters and seeing who’s already waiting nearby in Muglivakkam. It gets a bit dusty being on this street, but that is just how it is around here. We have a few desks and some equipment piled up in the back. People come in and out, usually asking about various components or some work that needs doing. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud enough that we have to pause talking. We aren’t doing anything fancy or trying to change the world. It’s just work. Most of us have been living in this part of town for years, so we know the local shops and the guys who sell tea nearby. We keep the place open until the evening, then head home like everyone else. There isn't much to say about our history or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks on the table and try to get things sorted for the people who drop by. The address is easy to find if you know Porur. We're just another building on the street, doing what we do. It’s a bit cramped inside sometimes with all the boxes, but we manage just fine. We always keep some cold water in the fridge for the hot afternoons.
