Meera Tronic

Meera Tronic is up on the 2nd floor at No. 34 Narshingapuram Street, just off Mount Road. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you are here, you’ll find us surrounded by circuit boards and electronic components. Mount Road is always buzzing, and Narshingapuram Street is known for its electronics, so we fit right in. Our space is filled with testing equipment and soldering irons. We spend a lot of time hunched over benches trying to figure out why a particular piece of gear stopped working. It isn't the most glamorous job, and the lighting in the office could probably be better for our eyes, but we get the work done. Being on the second floor means we are a bit away from the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking down below throughout the day. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Most of our day involves looking through tiny parts or answering the phone when someone calls to check on their repair. We aren't a big chain store. It’s just a few of us who have a knack for fixing electronics and a lot of patience for troubleshooting. Sometimes the place gets a bit disorganized with all the boxes and spare parts lying around, but we usually know where everything is. It is a practical sort of place for people who need their gadgets looked at by someone who actually knows how they work inside. We just take it one device at a time.
