Sivagami Micro Processors is situated at Plot No. 10 on Kundrathur Road in Gerugambakkam. It is a busy road, so there is always the sound of traffic passing by our front door. The building is a simple one-story structure that we have adapted to fit our needs. Inside, there is a lot of small parts and tools scattered across the workbenches. It might look a bit messy to someone walking in for the first time, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend most of our day focused on the technical details of what we are working on. It requires a lot of patience and steady hands. We do not have a big team, just a handful of us who have been doing this for a long time. The local area of Gerugambakkam has grown a lot since we first started here. We remember when there were fewer buildings around. Now, it is quite crowded. We do not really do any marketing; we just rely on people knowing we are here on Kundrathur Road. If someone has a problem, they usually just drop by and show us what is wrong. We try to be helpful and give them a straight answer. It is not a complicated business model, but it is how we have always operated. We just keep working on the processors until they are right.
