Down in Periamet, you’ll find us at 1096 EVR Periyar Road. Bari Clothing (Opc) Private Limited is just a small setup in a very old and crowded part of Chennai. This area has a lot of history with trade and commerce, so there is always a smell of dust and old buildings in the air. Being on EVR Periyar Road means we see a lot of the city’s life passing by our front door every single hour. It’s a busy spot, and finding parking around here is basically a nightmare for anyone visiting. We mostly just stick to our tasks inside and try to stay cool when the Chennai heat gets really bad in May. The 600003 area is tight and packed, but it feels like home to us. Our office isn't anything you'd call modern, it’s got some mismatched chairs and stacks of papers here and there. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not why we are here. We are just trying to keep the clothing business moving forward. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on shipments. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just life in this part of town. We just wait it out and get back to work once the fans start spinning again. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work.
