We are located at No. 236 in the Kaveri Complex. This is on 1st Avenue in Banu Nagar, which is part of the Pudur area in Ambattur. It’s a busy part of town with a mix of houses and small businesses. Our office is inside the complex, which makes it easier to manage things away from the street noise. We do export work here. Most of the day is spent dealing with vendors and making sure the orders are being packed correctly. Ambattur is a well-known hub for this kind of thing, so we fit right in. The complex itself is older, and everyone knows each other. We have a small staff who have been with us for years. We don't use much technology beyond what’s necessary for the basic tasks. There’s a lot of physical checking of goods. We make sure every piece is what it should be before it goes into a crate. The stairs in the complex can be a bit steep when you’re carrying boxes, but we are used to it by now. Sometimes the traffic on 1st Avenue gets backed up, especially in the evenings, so we try to get our transport out early. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just stay here and do the work that comes our way. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just keep our heads down and get the crates filled.
