Kirpa Exports & Imports

We are located at No. 46 P. E. Koil North Mada Street in Ayanavaram. The name of the business is Kirpa Exports & Imports. It is a small operation, mostly run by me and a couple of helpers who have been with me for years. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the boxes are labeled correctly before they leave. The street outside is usually full of people going to the temple. Sometimes it is very hard to find a place to park near our door. We have thought about moving to a bigger industrial area, but we like being part of this neighborhood. The building is older, with high ceilings and heavy wooden doors. We keep most of our records in big binders on the shelves. It is not the most modern way to do things, but it works for us. We handle things that go overseas and stuff that comes from there too. It is interesting to see where everything ends up. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a shipment before the weekend starts. We just order some local food and keep going until the work is done. There is not any fancy lobby with a receptionist here. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. We try to keep things simple. Dealing with customs can be a headache, but we have gotten used to it.
