J J Overseas

We've been at No. 15 A Rajaji Street for a while now. Most people around Vasantham Nagar know where we are, right here in Avadi. It’s just a regular office space where we handle the paperwork and get things moving. J J Overseas isn't some big glass building, just a spot on a busy street. Usually, the morning starts with tea and checking what needs to go out. We deal with all sorts of things going across borders, which sounds fancy but mostly it's just making sure the boxes are right. Sometimes the traffic on Rajaji Street gets pretty bad, so we try to get things loaded early. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks, making sure the numbers match up. My cousin used to help out, but now it's just a few of us keeping the wheels turning. We don't have a big sign or anything. If you're looking for us, look for the blue gate near the corner. It gets pretty dusty in the afternoons with the wind. We just try to get the work finished so we can go home on time. There’s always someone here from nine till six. It’s not a complicated setup, just a local business trying to stay busy. We've had some good years and some slow ones too. That’s just how it goes in this part of town. Sometimes the internet is slow and we just have to wait it out. We don't mind much.
