Assembly Engineer In A Semiconductor Industry

Middle Street is where I am mostly found these days. It is a quiet part of Mathiyanoor, just near Ulundurpet. Working as an assembly engineer in the semiconductor industry means a lot of time spent looking at very small things. It can be tiring on the eyes sometimes. I started this a while back. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get things done. People around Villupuram know the area well. It gets quite hot during the summer months here in Tamil Nadu. We just keep the fans running and try to stay focused on the boards. Sometimes the parts arrive late from the city and that messes up the whole schedule. My family stays close by so I don't have to travel too far for lunch. It is a simple life really. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Most people just know the address on Middle Street if they need to find me. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but we manage. It’s a lot of technical work, making sure every little piece fits exactly where it should. If you miss one, the whole thing fails. That is just how it goes with semiconductors. I've been in this spot for a bit now. It is home and work all mixed into one. Nothing too complicated about it. We just do the job and go home when the sun sets. I like the quiet here.
