You can find us at Plot No-23A on the second floor of the Develop Plot area in the S P Industrial Estate. Being in Guindy is great because it’s the heart of the industrial side of Chennai, but it also means dealing with a lot of noise and people. We are right near the Olympia IT Park, which is all glass and modern, while our building is more of the old-school industrial type. We’ve been here for a long time doing engineering work. It’s a lot of technical stuff that requires a lot of focus, even with the hum of the city outside. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, and the office gets pretty warm in the Chennai heat, but we have our fans and we get the work done. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our clients are other industrial companies who have been coming to us for years. We spend our days looking at designs and talking to suppliers. It’s a busy atmosphere. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and you can see the lights on from the street. We aren't trying to be the biggest engineering firm in India, just a reliable one here in Guindy that knows its business. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps the wheels turning. You can hear the traffic and the industrial estate clashing all day, but inside the office, we just focus on the drawings.
