We are based in the TVK Industrial Estate in Guindy, at number 77. Guindy is one of those places in Chennai that never really sleeps. There is always some kind of industrial activity going on. Arupadai Exports India Private Limited fits right into that scene. Our building is a solid, no-nonsense place where we spend our hours dealing with export logistics. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the other units nearby, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers and a few stacks of folders. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you'll probably just see one of us on the phone or typing away. We take our lunch breaks together most days, usually getting something from the local canteen nearby. The work involves a lot of tracking and making sure things are where they should be. It’s not always easy, especially when there are problems at the port or with the paperwork, but we manage. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our daily work and make sure our families are taken care of. Guindy can be a tough place to navigate when it rains, but we've been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. It's just home for us.
