Duo Farms

Duo Farms is located at No. 3 6/12 Valluvan Street in Jainagar, Arumbakkam. It’s a typical residential area turned a bit commercial, so it feels very much like a neighborhood business. We have been working out of this Arumbakkam spot for some time now, and we know most of the people on our street. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easier for us when we have to move stuff in and out. We aren't a massive operation, just a few people trying to run a farm-related business in the middle of a busy city. Our day usually starts early before the heat gets too bad. We spend our time looking over orders and talking to the suppliers who bring us goods from the rural areas. It can get a bit crowded in the office when we have a lot of stock, and sometimes you have to step over a box just to get to the desk. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or anything like that; people mostly find us because they know the address or someone told them about us. The street can get a bit narrow when people park their scooters outside, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the local deliveries are sent out on time. It is a steady life, and we like being part of the Arumbakkam community.
