We are tucked away in the Amkattur Industrial Estate, specifically on the IIIrd Main Road. It’s a busy area with a lot of trucks moving in and out all day long. Our unit is 4C/2, located in the Developed Hot section. Inside, we mostly focus on mechanical engineering work. It's the kind of place where you’ll always find someone in overalls covered in a bit of grime. We started small, just a few machines and a lot of long hours. Now we have a few more hands on deck, but the work hasn't changed much. We make parts and handle industrial orders that come our way. The weather gets pretty hot in this part of the estate, especially in the afternoons. We leave the big doors open to get a breeze through the workspace. Most of our clients are other businesses nearby that need something specific built for their factories. We don't have a big reception desk or anyone to answer phones all day. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the routine of it. Arf Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has been at this for years, just focusing on the next task on the workbench. It’s noisy and productive. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It feels right for us to be here.
