Arcl Organics Limited

We are located on Narayanamma Street, which is a quiet little stretch compared to the main roads. Arcl Organics Limited is where we spend our days dealing with all sorts of organic compounds and chemicals. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, it’s just us monitoring the drums and making sure the temperature is right in the storage area. The building is a bit old, and the stairs creak every time someone goes up to the office. We have a small crew, and we’ve all been together for years, so we don't really need to say much to get the work done. The office is full of old catalogs and samples that we probably should have thrown out a long time ago. We don't have a big corporate culture here. We usually just wear our work clothes and eat our lunch in the small breakroom out back. Sometimes the smells from the chemicals can be a bit strong, but we’re used to it by now. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping companies, trying to figure out where our deliveries are. Narayanamma Street is a bit hard for some drivers to find, so we’re often standing out on the corner waving them down. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we know what we’re doing. We just focus on getting the orders out on time and keeping the equipment running.
