We set up shop at No. 19 in Annasarhtya Nagar a while back. It’s a quiet enough spot for a trading business. Mostly we deal with local supplies and getting things to people who need them. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks and some filing cabinets. We spend a lot of time on the phone. Traders have to talk a lot to get a good price. Sometimes things go well, sometimes there’s a delay. We don't stress too much about it. It’s just how trading goes. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computer too. The neighborhood is mostly houses, so it’s not as loud as the main markets. I like it that way. You can actually hear yourself think. We have a small storage area in the back. It’s usually full of whatever we’ve got moving that week. We try to keep things clean but dust always finds a way in. Our neighbor sometimes complains if the delivery truck blocks the road for too long, so we have to be quick. We just do our bit every day. It's not a complicated setup. We buy, we sell, and we move on to the next thing. Most of our clients are regulars who have known us for years. We eat lunch together in the small kitchen. It's a simple routine that works for us.
