Our office is located at No Ag 29/71 in the River View Colony of Anna Nagar. It’s a nice part of town, and the view of the surroundings keeps things calm during busy days. Working in the impex field means there is always a lot of coordination involved. Hours are spent on the computer and the phone, making sure that everything is lined up for the next shipment. The colony is mostly quiet, which is a big change from the main roads of Anna Nagar. This workspace is functional rather than pretty. There are piles of folders on almost every surface. Since we don't have a lot of visitors, worrying about how the place looks to outsiders isn't a priority. Our focus is strictly on the logistics of moving goods. It’s a lot of detail work that people don't usually see. Sometimes dealing with delays or mistakes in the paperwork happens, and those days can be quite stressful. But the work continues until the job is done. The team is small and everyone trusts each other to get things right. No big slogans or goals exist here other than finishing the day's work.
