Quality Build Mart

You’ll find Quality Build Mart over at No. 38 Raja Ganapathi Kovil Street. We are in West Balaji Nagar, right near the TCS building in Kallikuppam. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks coming in and out at all hours. We keep a lot of building materials here, like bags of cement, bricks, and various hardware items. The yard is usually a bit of a mess with stacks of stuff waiting to be loaded onto the next truck. It’s a noisy place because of all the constant loading and unloading. We aren't a corporate showroom with fancy lights. It’s more of a practical place where local builders and homeowners come to get what they need for their projects. I spend most of my time on the phone or checking the inventory out in the yard. My clothes usually have some dust on them by the end of the day. We’ve been here since this area started growing and more houses were built. Seeing all the new buildings going up around us is quite interesting. We know most of the local contractors by their first names. They stop by for a chat and some tea while we get their orders ready to go. We don't have a fancy office, just a small cabin with a desk and a few plastic chairs. It’s honest work, helping people get the right supplies to build their homes in Kallikuppam.
