You can find us at No. 18/4/g on Alwarpet 3rd Street. We are right off Bharathidasan Road in Teynampet. It’s a busy part of town. Mokean Apparels Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for a while. The street is narrow, so it’s always a bit of a squeeze if two cars try to pass. We have a small entrance that leads into the main work area. It’s mostly just shelves full of material and desks where we do the paperwork. We aren't the type of place with a big shiny lobby. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate headquarters. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is good because Teynampet gets very humid. We have a few windows, but they mostly look out onto the wall of the next building. It doesn't matter much because we are usually looking at our work anyway. There’s a lot of back and forth between the staff. We talk a lot while we work. It’s not a quiet office. You can hear the city outside all the time. Sometimes we get people coming in looking for directions because the street numbers around here are a bit confusing. We don't mind. We've been part of this neighborhood for long enough that we know most of the people nearby. It’s just a regular business day for us, trying to stay on top of the pile of garments that need to be sent out before the day ends.
