Our place is located in Alwarpet, over on Lambath Avenue. It is a quiet enough spot considering we are in Chennai. We’ve been operating Ajmal Steel Industries for some time now. Dealing with steel isn’t exactly a glamorous job, but it is what we know. We spend most of our days looking at specifications and making sure the inventory is where it should be. The address is 8/11 Lambath Avenue if you are looking for the office. We are right in the middle of the Abiramapuram area. It’s a good neighborhood to work in. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, handle the steel orders, and go home. Some of our customers have been coming to us for years because they know where we are. It’s a straightforward business. We deal with various steel products for building and industrial use. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a private limited company. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff, just a regular local business trying to do things right. The heat in Chennai can be a bit much in the warehouse, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the way we work. If someone needs steel for a job, they come talk to us, and we see what we can do for them.
