AGAMPURAM STEELS is over in Nungambakkam. We are at Kakkan Colony, No. 171. Being in Nungambakkam means we are in the heart of Chennai. It is a very busy area with a lot of traffic and people. Our office is a private limited setup, but it’s quite simple inside. We don’t have any of those modern glass partitions or fancy coffee machines. It’s just a place to work. We deal with steel, so things can get a bit noisy. We have a small staff and we all know what needs to be done. We don't really have formal meetings or anything. We just talk across our desks. If someone has a question, they just ask it. The city outside is always loud, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the horns and the buses. We don't do any marketing. Most of the people who come to us have heard about us from someone else. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. We just focus on the day-to-day operations. Some days are very busy and we are on the phone all the time. Other days are a bit slower. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just want to get through our list of tasks and make sure the steel gets to where it needs to go. It’s a regular business in a busy city.
