Ag Institute

Our office is in the Anand Complex, specifically at number 2369 on Duraiswamy Reddy Street. Being in Tambaram means it’s always lively around here. Ag Institute is just a small part of this big building. We have a few rooms where we set up tables and chairs. It’s not like those big universities you see on TV. It’s just a place for people to come and learn something useful. We spend a lot of time organizing schedules and talking to folks who walk in off the street. The complex can get pretty noisy with all the other businesses around, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have any shiny brochures or a big marketing budget. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a friend. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the air conditioning is a bit temperamental, but it gets the job done. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people get ahead a bit. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in running an institute, more than you’d think. We’re often here late into the evening, finishing up records or preparing for the next day. It’s not a glamorous life, but it feels right. We don't promise anything impossible. We just offer what we have and try to be honest about it.
