Our office is based in Flat 3a at K. G. Vallencia, which is number 57 on 1st Main Road in Gandhinagar, Adyar. It is a bit of a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a typical industrial export office. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood is actually quite nice to walk through. We handle leather skins and export stuff, so the office is often full of folders, shipping documents, and various leather samples sitting on the tables. It is a small team working out of this flat. We don't have a storefront, so we don't get random walk-ins. Most of our day is spent dealing with emails and making sure the logistics for our exports are moving along without any major hiccups. The building is well-maintained, but it still feels like an apartment, which makes the workday feel a little more relaxed than being in a massive corporate tower. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee, and we usually eat lunch together when things aren't too busy. It is just a normal office where we do our best to stay organized with all the paperwork. Sometimes the courier guys have trouble finding the right flat, but we are used to that. It is a simple, functional space for the kind of work we do, and it suits us just fine for now.
