Virasat Caterers

You can find us at SCO-862, right on the top floor in Cabin No-14. It’s a bit of a climb since the elevator isn't always the fastest, but the view of the market from up here is actually quite nice once you get settled in. Being Virasat Caterers, we spend most of our time on the phone or sitting at the small desks in the cabin trying to organize things for various functions. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for our folders and the computer where we keep all the bookings. Often, the cabin is empty because we are out at different sites checking on the setups or meeting people to talk about their plans. We’ve got some old chairs for when people visit to discuss their events, and there’s usually a pot of tea sitting somewhere. It gets a little cramped when the whole team is here at once, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent coordinating with the cooks and the transport guys. It’s a lot of logistical work that people don’t really see. We like being tucked away on the top floor because it gives us a bit of quiet to focus on the details, even if the stairs are a workout. We just focus on getting the jobs done and keeping our records straight in our little corner of the building.
