Kfc

We run this Kfc over in Sector 8C on Madhyamarg. It's at Sco-1-2-3, right in the heart of the sector. Most days are pretty much the same. We start early to get everything ready for the lunch rush. Madhyamarg is always busy with cars and people heading to work, so we see a lot of different faces coming through the doors. The space is decent sized since we have three units combined. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Some of the staff have been here since the start, and we all know how the machines can be a bit loud sometimes. It gets really crowded on weekends, especially in the evenings when families from around Chandigarh come out. We just try to keep the floors clean and the orders moving. Sometimes the delivery bikes pile up outside because the parking can be a bit tight in Sector 8. It’s not a fancy place, just a standard spot where people grab a meal. We deal with the usual stuff like broken ice machines or late deliveries once in a while. That's just how it goes in the food business. People know where we are because Sco-1-2-3 is a pretty visible spot on the road. We don't do much talking, just focus on getting the food out. It’s a steady rhythm here in 160008. The air conditioning struggles a bit when it's really hot outside, but we manage.
