About Vikram Pannu Architect – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in Chandigarh
My name is Vikram Pannu Architect and I work out of H.No.154 in Sector -27 A. It’s a standard office setup in a residential sector, which I like because it stays relatively calm compared to the main commercial hubs. I’ve been here for a good stretch of time now, and most of the locals know where to find me if they need help with a building plan. I don't have a big corporate team behind me. It’s a small operation where I handle most of the design work and site inspections myself. Usually, my mornings are spent at the drawing board or answering emails from contractors who are out on the job. I try to be realistic about what can be done within a budget. There’s no point in drawing up something that can’t actually be built. I spend quite a bit of my time driving between different sites to make sure the work is following the blueprints I’ve provided. Sometimes things go wrong, a wall is in the wrong place or a pipe is leaking, and I have to figure out a fix on the fly. That’s just the reality of construction. My office is full of catalogs and rolled-up plans, and it’s usually a bit of a mess, but I know exactly where everything is. It's just a straightforward architectural practice focused on getting the job done without any unnecessary fuss. I just take things day by day as they come.
