Our place is over in Sector 22, right on the Village Road part of LBS Marg where the SCO 1092 and 1093 units are. Having two units sounds like a lot of space but once you get all the kitchen equipment and the bags of flour inside, it fills up faster than you would think. The area around here is always moving, especially with the cars trying to find parking spots on the road. We spend a lot of time just moving things from one side of the shop to the other. The back area stays pretty warm because of the stoves running most of the day. We usually have a few people working at once to make sure things get cooked right. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front for a bit and we have to haul crates in quickly. It is not a quiet job by any means. Between the kitchen noise and the people talking, it stays pretty lively inside. We have some stools for people but mostly it is about getting the food out. The tiles on the wall are a bit old now but they stay clean enough. We don't really bother with big signs or anything like that because most people in the neighborhood already know where we are. It is just a regular food business trying to keep things organized in a busy part of the city. We keep the doors open and just get on with the day.
