United Catering Services

United Catering Services is based in the Mohali Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial area is quite handy for us because it means we have plenty of space for our large kitchen and the vans. It is not the kind of place you go for a walk, but it works perfectly for what we do. Every morning starts very early here, often before the sun is up. We have to get the burners going and start prepping food for the day's orders. The estate can be quite noisy with other businesses around us, but we are used to the sound of machinery and trucks. Our office is just a small corner of the building where we keep the books and take orders. Most of the action happens on the kitchen floor. We deal with big pots and large quantities of ingredients every single day. It is hard work and it is often very physical. We do not have a polished corporate image. We are more interested in making sure the food is cooked properly and delivered on time. Sometimes things get stressful when a big order comes in at the last minute, but we just roll up our sleeves and get to it. We have been in Mohali for a good while and know the local suppliers well. It is a straightforward business, and we just focus on getting the daily jobs done without too much fuss.
