Trisha Foods

Trisha Foods is located at 1103/2 in Sector-39-B. It’s more of a local residential-style setup than a big commercial storefront. You can usually smell what’s being prepared before you even get to the door. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen area, just making sure everything is handled the right way. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the supplies around, but we make it work. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy flyers. Most of the people who know about us are just folks from around Sector 39 or neighbors who have heard about what we do. It’s a very simple operation. We wake up early to start the prep work and usually finish late once everything is cleaned up. There are no corporate rules here, just us doing our best with the food. Some days we run out of things earlier than expected, but that’s just part of how it goes. We don't try to sound like a big chain. We are just a local food business in a regular Chandigarh sector. The address is 1103/2, and that’s where you’ll find us most days of the week. It’s honest work and we like the rhythm of it. Not much else to say really. We keep the windows open to let the steam out, and sometimes the whole street knows what we are cooking. It’s just how we do things in this little corner.
