Tamilnadu Caterers

We are located at Scf- 96 in Sector- 47 D, right here in Chandigarh. Tamilnadu Caterers is our little spot where we focus on the food we know best. Being in Sector-47, we get a mix of people coming in. The kitchen stays pretty busy with the smell of curry leaves and mustard seeds. We don’t have a big dining area, it’s mostly about getting the food ready for events or for people to take home. It’s a lot of work grinding the rice and lentils for the batters. My hands are usually stained with turmeric or smelling like spices by the end of the day. We don't do anything fancy with the packaging, just good solid containers that don't leak. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, but we keep the stove clean. It gets hot in there, especially in the afternoon, but that’s the life of a cook. We’ve been serving the local community for quite a while now. Some people come from the other side of the city just for a specific dish. We don't use any complicated words to describe what we do. We just make the food, pack it up, and hope people enjoy it. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we’re happy to be here in this neighborhood.
