You can find us at SCF-275 in the Motor Market of Sector 16. It’s a busy, noisy area with a lot of mechanics and shops nearby. Not the place you’d expect a catering business, but it works for us. We’ve been here long enough that the noise doesn't even register anymore. Our space is functional—nothing pretty to look at, just stoves, tables, and a lot of steel containers. We handle a lot of daily tiffins and small event orders for people working in the market and nearby. It’s hard work and the kitchen gets incredibly hot in the summer, but we’re used to it. We don't use any fancy techniques. We just cook the way we were taught at home. Sometimes we struggle with the parking out front because the Motor Market is always packed with cars, but we find a way to get our deliveries out. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Chandigarh. We just want to make sure the food tastes like food and gets there on time. There’s a lot of grit in this part of town, and we think our business reflects that. We’re just local people providing a service to other local people. If you want something fancy, we might not be the right fit, but if you want honest cooking, we’re here. The neighbors in the workshop next door always borrow our lighter, but they're good people.
