Singh Ramandeep Architect

Singh Ramandeep Architect is located at House No. 1390 in Sector 70, S.A.S. Nagar. I’ve been working out of this house for a few years now. Sector 70 is a growing area, so there’s always something being built nearby. My office is just a room I’ve converted into a workspace. It has my computer, a large table for maps, and stacks of files from past projects. I do all the architectural work myself, which means I'm usually pretty busy with drawings and site visits. I don't really believe in having a big, expensive office when I can do the same work right here. It keeps my costs down and lets me be more flexible with my time. Most of my clients are local people looking to build a new home or renovate their existing one. I spend a lot of time explaining the technical side of things to them, making sure they understand what’s possible and what isn’t. Dealing with the building authorities is a big part of the job, and it can be a bit of a headache sometimes. I just take it one step at a time. The office is usually quiet during the day, which is how I like it. I have my tea, put on some music, and get to work on the blueprints. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s honest work that I’m good at.
