Singh Gagandeep Architect

Singh Gagandeep Architect is located at H.No.120 in Phase-6. It’s basically a home office setup, which works out well because the commute is just a few steps. Phase-6 is a decent neighborhood, and we’ve lived and worked here for a long time. The front room is where all the drawing boards and the computer are kept. There’s always a bit of a mess with blueprints rolled up in corners and pencils scattered everywhere. It's not the kind of place that looks like those glossy magazines. There are tea stains on some of the old registers and the curtains are a bit faded from the sun hitting them all afternoon. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to get the plans drawn up and submitted. People from the area usually drop by without calling first, which is fine, though it can get a bit hectic if we are in the middle of something complicated. The internet goes out sometimes when it rains hard, so we end up doing things the old-fashioned way with paper and pen. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big commercial building. We like the trees on this street, they give some nice shade during the hot months. If you are looking for the house, it’s the one with the black gate and the small nameplate near the bell. We are here most days.
