Shilpa Architect

Our office is at H.No.27 in Sainivihar, Phase-1. We are located in Baltana, which is a bit of a different feel compared to the big city centers. Shilpa Architect is based right here in this building. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which is how we like it. We have our drafting tables and computers set up in a way that works for us. It’s not always the neatest place, especially when we are in the middle of a big project. There are usually drawings and sketches lying around everywhere. We’ve been here for a while now, so the neighbors in Sainivihar are used to seeing us around. It’s a quiet enough street for the most part, which helps when we need to think. We don’t have a huge team, just a few of us who do everything from the initial ideas to the final details. We don't go for any of that corporate polish. We just sit down with people and figure out what they need. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the block just to clear our heads. Baltana is a good place to be. It’s got a local feel to it that suits us. We just show up every morning and get to work on our projects. It is a simple setup but it works for what we do.
