Sharda Kumari Sharma Architect

I run my practice, Sharda Kumari Sharma Architect, out of H.No.673 in Village Kajheri. I am located within the Shri Anandpur Complex in Sector-52. It is a quiet enough spot most days, though you can hear the local sounds of the village nearby. Working from a house number like 673 means things are very informal here. I don’t have a big staff or a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, it is just me surrounded by books, scales, and a lot of pens that always seem to run out of ink at the wrong time. Sector-52 is a nice area and being in the Anandpur Complex makes it easy for people to find me once they get into the right lane. I spend my time mostly on residential plans and small local projects. It involves a lot of sitting at the drafting table and looking out the window while I think about the next step. I have lived and worked around here for a long time, so I understand how the local authorities work and what the ground conditions are like. I keep my files in old-fashioned cabinets and I prefer printing things out so I can see them properly. It is a one-person show for the most part, but I manage to stay busy. People from the neighborhood drop by with their ideas, and we sit down with a glass of water to talk about what is possible.
