Sethi Anil Architect

Working as Sethi Anil Architect from H.No.542, Sector 11-B is a pretty quiet existence. I’ve turned a part of my home into an office, which means there’s no commute, but the work is always right there. Sector 11-B is a nice, established part of town, and I’ve been here for many years. The office is usually overflowing with rolls of tracing paper, old blueprints, and a collection of pens that are mostly running out of ink. I don’t have a big team or a fancy office suite. It’s mostly just me sitting at a drafting table, trying to make sense of a client’s ideas. People from around the neighborhood often drop by with small projects or just to ask for some advice on a renovation. I spend quite a bit of time visiting sites to take measurements, and then I come back here to draw everything out. It’s a slow process sometimes. The desk is always cluttered with various samples of tiles or wood that I keep meaning to put away. I don’t use much marketing or have a big sign outside. Most people find me through word of mouth. It’s a very local way of doing things. I just try to listen to what people are looking for and do my best to put it on paper. It keeps me busy and I enjoy the process of seeing something go from a rough sketch to an actual building in the neighborhood.
