I spend most of my hours looking at site maps and drawing up house plans. Manimajra is a place I know well, and it’s where I do most of my business. People come to me when they want to build something and don't know where to start with the paperwork or the design. I don't use big words or try to impress anyone with marketing talk. I just show them what can be done with the space they have. My desk is usually covered in scales and pencils. I do the work myself or with a bit of help, so you’re always dealing with the person actually doing the drawings. It can be a bit slow sometimes when waiting for approvals, but that’s just part of the deal. I like the independence of having my own shop here at 5835. It’s not about being the biggest name around, it’s just about doing a solid job for the people who live nearby. If you’re in the M H C area, you’ve probably seen the sign. I’m usually inside working on the next set of prints. It’s a quiet life, but the work is good and it keeps me busy enough throughout the week. I just take things as they come.
