Sai Food Plaza

It’s a bit of a trek to find us at 4th Main, right there on C Cross near Magadi Main Road. Zirakpur has changed a lot since we first opened the doors. The traffic outside is pretty much constant. We hear the honking all day long. Inside, it’s mostly just us getting the food ready. We don't have those fancy menus with pictures. It’s just written on the board. Most people just ask what’s fresh today. We’ve got a few tables, but they fill up fast during the evening. Sometimes people have to wait a bit. We don't like it, but the kitchen only has so much space. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time yet. It's a family thing here. My cousin helps out when it gets really packed. We get a lot of workers from the nearby shops. They want something quick before they head back. We don’t do anything too special, just the usual stuff people like to eat. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to use the lanterns. It adds a weird vibe I guess. We try to keep the place tidy. That’s about it for Sai Food Plaza at 323. Just a spot on Magadi Main Road where you can sit for a minute. We are usually here until the last customer leaves. It's just how we run things.
