Renu Saigal Architect

This is the office of Renu Saigal Architect, located at 1220/18-C. It is a simple place where we do a lot of designing. Most of the work involves sitting down with clients and trying to understand what they need for their homes. I have been working as an architect for quite a while, and this location has been my base. The space is filled with books on construction and old project files. I don't go for anything too flashy. It is about the drawings and making sure the building is safe and looks decent. People come here when they have a piece of land and no idea where to start. We look at the budget and the space and try to make it work. Sometimes it is just a small renovation, like adding a room or fixing a kitchen layout. I spend a lot of time on the phone with plumbers and electricians. It is a lot of coordination to get everything right. The address 1220/18-C is easy to find if you are in the area. I usually have a few drawings spread out on the table and some sketches pinned to the wall. It is a one-on-one kind of business. I like seeing a project go from a line on paper to a real building people can live in. There are no fancy speeches here, just honest work and trying to get the details right for every person who walks through the door.
