Raj Fast Food

Raj Fast Food is located right in the middle of Pardesh Market in Sector 9. If you know the area, we are in Gully 118, which is usually quite a busy little street during the day. There are always bikes moving through the lane and people walking to the different shops nearby. Our place is number 118 specifically. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area, getting the stove ready and chopping up whatever we need for the day ahead. It gets pretty hot in there, especially in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the front of the shop directly. We have been here for a bit now, and we see the same faces every day, mostly people who work nearby or live in the apartments around the market. It is not a fancy restaurant with waiters or a big menu with pages. It is more of a place where you just get your food and eat. We try to keep the place as clean as we can, though it is hard when it is busy and everyone is in a rush to get back to work. Sometimes we run out of stuff earlier than expected if the lunch crowd is bigger than usual. That is just part of the business, I guess. We like being in Sector 9 because there is always something going on. Anyway, we are usually there from the morning until the evening, just doing our thing in Gully 118 and making sure people get their orders.
