Purple Martini Bars & Restaurants Llp

We are located at Plot No. 24/8 in the Industrial Area Phase-2 of Chandigarh. It is a busy part of town with a lot of workshops and trucks moving around. Purple Martini Bars & Restaurants Llp is what we call ourselves. The space is a bit industrial-looking because of where we are. Preparing for the evening takes up most of our time. A lot of glass washing and polishing is involved. We have to move heavy crates of bottles and make sure the chairs are all lined up. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, so wiping down the counters happens constantly. The floors need a good scrub every single day. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just the bar and the kitchen and some storage in the back. Working in Phase-2 means we see a lot of people from the local factories. The vibe is different than the residential sectors. Often we stay late finishing up. The walk to the parking lot at night is quiet. Our team is small and everyone does a bit of everything. Sometimes the music is too loud and we have to turn it down so we can hear each other. Running the place smoothly is what we try to do. It is hard work but we are used to it by now. The back door stays open sometimes to let in a breeze.
