You can find me at S.C.O. 545 in Sector-70, Mohali, right in the Architects Accord building. It’s a busy commercial block, and there’s always a lot of coming and going. My office isn't one of those high-end places with glass walls and expensive art. It’s filled with the stuff of real work—huge printers, rolls of tracing paper, and samples of bricks and tiles scattered around the floor. Working as Prabhjot Singh Bhandari Architect means I’m usually the one doing everything from the initial sketch to checking the final site details. The Sector-70 area is pretty convenient, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. I spend my hours toggling between different screens and taking calls from people asking about staircase dimensions or roof heights. It’s a lot of detail-oriented stuff that can get pretty tiring. I like the atmosphere in the building because there are other people doing similar things, so it doesn't feel too isolated. Sometimes the office gets so cluttered I can barely find my car keys, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. I don't use fancy words to describe what I do. I just draw up plans and try to make sure everything is structurally sound. It’s a straightforward way to make a living in Mohali.
