Pinocchio Pizza

Pinocchio Pizza is right on the GT Road in Miller Ganj, Sector 9. Being at number 23 means we are right in the middle of all the noise and the trucks. GT Road never really sleeps, and neither do we, it feels like. The oven is the heart of the place. It stays hot all day long. We make the dough every morning, and sometimes our hands are still covered in flour when the first customers walk in. It’s a busy spot. Sector 9 has a lot going on, and being near Miller Ganj means there is always someone passing by. We don't have a lot of space for people to sit, so a lot of it is just box after box going out the door. The walls have a few marks on them and the floor is a bit worn from all the walking back and forth. We don't mind. It shows we’ve been busy. There’s no corporate script here. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because most of them are. It gets pretty loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We just focus on the heat of the kitchen and getting the next pizza ready. It’s basic, honest work and we like it that way. The heat from the GT Road mixes with the heat from our kitchen, but we have a small fan that helps a little bit during the peak hours.
